Floating Canvas Prints are made by stretching museum-quality canvas over a 1.5″ light but rigid base. The canvas is then placed within a floating frame leaving a 3/8″ gap between the canvas and frame. The result is an elegant and contemporary artwork. The maximum size of Floating Canvas Prints is 48″ X 72″.
The only artwork that currently does not include a frame is the Persepolis Bas Relief which is presented as gallery-wrapped prints. The original stone relief is already aged and granular in appearance and the 6-canvas panel works well in adding depth and realism to the image. The canvas prints are gallery wrapped around a light frame and use museum-quality canvas. Gallery wrapped canvases are intended to be hung without a frame. Due to the lack of borders, gallery-wrapped canvas is particularly well suited for printing split panels.
